The 2019 Lenawee Bike Tour www.rotarylenaweebiketour.com will be held on September
21, 2019. This event is hosted and organized by the Adrian Noon Rotary
adrianrotary.org. The Adrian Noon Rotary Club in Adrian, MI, is a vibrant, creative,
and community-oriented club. We are growing our membership and financial capability
with strong, locally committed business members who are working towards improving
the quality of life within the communities we serve. Our mission is to constantly make a
significant impact on the Adrian community and the world in which we live.
We are proud to support The Rotary Woodworking Warriors. Veterans looking to
experience or establish a career in woodworking will be offered free classes, thanks to a
collaboration between the Adrian Noon Rotary Club and the Adrian-based Sam Beauford
Woodworking Institute. This nonprofit organization will begin devoting every Wednesday
from 8am to 8pm to this project. All Purple Heart recipients and disabled veterans ride
free.
Our bike tour event features a combined program with road routes, great food, spirits and
community comradery. This event coincides with downtown Adrian’s Artalicious
artalicious.org hosting more than 70 artists. Regional food, snacks, spirits and
post-ride events will follow the conclusion of the day’s biking events.
Participants in the Tour / Fondo (chip timed ride) will enjoy road routes through Lenawee
County. These events will enhance a versatile experience for all ages and experience levels.
Four routes have been developed for our Fondo and Tour participants:
• The 62-mile route
• The 40-mile route
• The 25-mile route
• The 15-mile route
All four routes start and end at the Adrian Plaza located at 408 W. Maumee Street, Adrian,

• Well-marked roads and route arrows
• SAG Support throughout routes
• All riders must wear helmets
• Michigan law requires cyclists to ride as near to the right as practical,
with no more than two abreast.
• Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a cycling adult.
